Please try to give at least 48 hours notice (although more is better) if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This gives me enough time to offer the appointment to someone else.

 

For those on Pre-paid Packages:

Non-attended appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeit and an additional session purchased if you wish it to be replaced.

For those paying ad hoc or on payment plans:

Non-attended appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee which is the cost of the missed session to be paid within 7 days.
