I moved to Aberfeldy in 2015 and opened my practice there whilst still commuting to Edinburgh twice a week. I love working in both places, giving me an interesting mix of city and rural town life. However, I've been finding the regular commuting is taking a toll on my health and wellbeing. So, to practice what I preach, I took a long look at work/life balance. My Aberfeldy practice has been going from strength to strength and waiting times have been getting longer for patients whilst my Edinburgh practice continues to be busy. So with both these things in mind, I have decided to consolidate my time in Edinburgh to just one longer day a week. This frees up more time for clients at my Aberfeldy practice and offers lunchtime slots for my Edinburgh patients on the day I am there. And it means I am driving less, with one less late night home and seeing more of my family. My new work pattern is on my newly revamped website here: http://www.jillstorstein.com/appointments
I've also been a busy bee revamping my website. I haven't given my website a significant overhaul since I first designed it so it was long overdue! I've included more content and hopefully made it easier to navigate around, and easier to get in touch. Have a look around and feel free to get in touch if you have any feedback.
